New Chimpanzee Trekking Fees in Nyungwe by 2023, please be advised that the rates for chimpanzee trekking permits in Rwanda will change from US$ 90.00 per person to US$ 150.00 per person, on top of this, guests will be required to pay an entry fee to the park of US$ 100.00 per person per night and US$ 150.00 per person for a 2-night stay and US$ 200.00 for a 3-night stay within the park.
Nyungwe Forest National Park in Rwanda is one of the oldest rain forests in Africa. The famous Chimpanzee Park in Rwanda is abundantly blessed with rich biodiversity that one cannot find elsewhere in both Rwanda and the East African region.
The Park is believed to be the heart of Rwanda’s wildlife, including a small population of unique chimpanzees as well as 12 other species of primate, including the L’Hoest’s monkey endemic to the Albertine Rift and spectacularly beautiful bird species.
