Gisovu guest house is one of the new accommodation facilities in Nyungwe Forest National Park. This nice Guesthouse is hidden along the Northern edges of Rwanda’s most popular chimpanzee tracking destination (at Gisovu Visitor Center) and is surrounded by the lush Gisovu Tea Estate.

This remarkably beautiful Guesthouse features only two exquisite Cottages, with each accommodating up to 5 Guests. While it starts at Uwinka Visitor Center, the Source of the Nile Trail is one of the best for travelers staying at Gisovu Visitor Center and provides an opportunity to discover the furthest Source of the River Nile found in Nyungwe Forest National Park.
Tea Plantation Tours.
From the Gisovu guest house visitors have a chance to explore the nearby Gisovu Tea estate found along the edge of Nyungwe Forest National Park. There are small pathways through this tea estate, allowing visitors to relish the sharp contrast between the lush rainforest and the nearby area. These tours are also unforgettable bird-watching opportunities with lots of Albertine Rift endemics to be spotted.
